DRAFT 2022 Walden’s Ridge Plan
Last year, a similar planning process was undertaken for the unincorporated portions of Walden’s Ridge. That draft plan has not been adopted by the County Commission. It will instead be incorporated into the Area 7 portion of Plan Hamilton, which will cover the entirety of Walden’s Ridge, including the towns of Signal Mountain and Walden, as shown on the adjacent map. Although some aspects of this draft 2022 plan may change slightly, we do not anticipate any major changes.
