Plan Hamilton updated draft documents have been posted for review in advance of the Planning Commission meeting on Dec 9, 2024. We’ve heard from hundreds of local residents and business owners who joined us this fall and we took some extra time to work on plan documents and incorporate input. These Area Plan versions include additional analysis information, revised Place Type maps, and updated policy language. See the documents and maps here.
